Grant Application Forms
There are two applications forms, one for Projects and one for Bursaries, both of which are Rich Text Format documents.

If you use Microsoft Word or other software that can read RTF files, to access the required form:-

  • click on the link to the form and the document will appear in the internet browser
     
  • save the document, using File and then Save As from the Menu, to a disc using a suitable name
     
  • complete the form and email the form together with any other documents to trust@plans-ltd.co.uk
