Grant Application Form
The application form is a Rich Text Format document.

If you use Microsoft Word or other software that can read RTF files, to access the form:-

  • click on the link to the form and the document will appear in the internet browser
     
  • save the document, using File and then Save As from the Menu, to a disc or folder using a suitable name
     
  • complete the form and email the form together with any other documents to trust@plans-ltd.co.uk
